1. Scope

Autopost is a social media automation platform operated by Nemco LLC. It helps users discover trends, generate short-form video content, publish to their connected social media accounts, and optimize posting schedules. This policy covers the Autopost website and the Autopost service.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to provide the service:

• Waitlist email addresses — when you request access via the waitlist, we store the email address you submit so we can contact you about access.
• Account credentials — the credentials you use to sign in to Autopost. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
• OAuth access tokens — when you connect a social media account (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X) via OAuth, we store the resulting access tokens, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, so the service can publish content and read analytics on your behalf.
• Engagement metrics — views, likes, comments, and shares for content published through the service, used to optimize your posting schedules.

3. What we do not collect

We do not read your direct messages or follower lists. We do not collect or process data about third-party platform users. We do not use cookies for tracking, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Platform data handling

Data accessed through platform APIs (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X) is used only to provide the service — publishing your content and retrieving analytics for content published through Autopost — in accordance with each platform's developer terms.

5. Data retention and deletion

Access tokens are deleted when you disconnect an account in Autopost or revoke authorization from the platform's settings. Waitlist email addresses are deleted on request. You may request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing the contact address below, and we will honor the request.
